The Orlando housing market continues with increases in median prices, with positive year-to-year comparisons to June 2013.  The overall median price for June is $165,000 (10% over June 2013) and .06% over last month, continuing 34 consecutive months of year-to-year gains. And sales in June increased by nearly 5% compared to May.
