• Sales of single-family homes increased to 326 during the week of Apr 15, from 277 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes decreased to $123,500, a change of -12.7%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 87 last week, from 59 the week of Apr 8
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 96 from 81 the week prior
• Single-family inventory decreased by 66, and now sits at 8,892

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 108 during the week of Apr 15, from 129 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to $68,250, a change of -9.0%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions decreased to 26 last week, from 30 the week of Apr 8
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions decreased to 30 from 35 the week prior
• Condo inventory decreased by 47, and now sits at 2,115
