My clients, Tony and Nicole knew what they wanted when we started searching homes in November. Once we established their monthly house payment budget, we began the house hunting! We didn't need to find a brand new home--just a well-constructed home in a nice neighborhood in proximity to their work and church. Another important criteria was finding a home with a spacious main living area for large family gatherings.
Throughout the home search process we toured a few short sales and foreclosures, but found a fantastic traditional sale home with a brand new roof and plenty of room to grow. The listing price matched their budgeted amount and we were able to negotiate a lower price with the seller paying closing costs. Where do we sign?!
Inspections went well and we successfully closed at my office this morning (Thank you, Teresa Garrett of the Garrett Law Firm for a smooth closing). Congratulations to my good friends and Clients, Tony and Nicole and many happy years in your new home!
