Single-family existing homes

• Sales of single-family homes increased to 470 during the week of Feb 23, from 276 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes decreased to $170,500, a change of -3.5%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 107 last week, from 49 the week of Feb 16
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 47 from 24 the week prior
• Single-family inventory decreased by 35, and now sits at 9,932

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to 119 during the week of Feb 23 from 78 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $111,000, a change of 12.2%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions increased to 37 last week, from 17 the week of Feb 16
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions increased to 13 from 6 the week prior
• Condo inventory decreased by 13, and now sits at 2,769
