Single-family existing homes

  • Sales of single-family homes decreased to 297 during the week of Nov 4, from 464 the week prior
  • The median price of single family homes decreased to $143,000, a change of -2.5%
  • The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions decreased to 38 last week, from 75 the week of Oct 28
  • The number of single-family home short-sale transactions decreased to 94 from 129 the week prior
  • Single-family inventory decreased by 86, and now sits at 8,398

Condos, townhomes, and villas

  • Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 84 during the week of Nov 4, from 130 the week prior
  • The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $85,000, a change of 0.8%
  • The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions decreased to 22 last week, from 25 the week of Oct 28
  • The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions decreased to 21 from 31 the week prior
  • Condo inventory increased by 42, and now sits at 2,159
