Single-family existing homes

• Sales of single-family homes increased to 289 during the week of Oct 13, from 272 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes increased to $183,500, a change of 2.7%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 42 last week, from 38 the week of Oct 6
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 47 from 40 the week prior
• Single-family inventory increased by 50, and now sits at 9,263

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 77 during the week of Oct 13 from 99 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $95,000, a change of 3.3%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions decreased to 16 last week, from 22 the week of Oct 6
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions decreased to 11 from 12 the week prior
• Condo inventory increased by 26, and now sits at 2,466
