• Sales of single-family homes decreased to 285 during the week of Nov 24, from 355 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes decreased to $161,000, a change of -4.7%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions decreased to 42 last week, from 59 the week of Nov 17
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions decreased to 34 from 50 the week prior
• Single-family inventory increased by 29, and now sits at 9,382

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas decreased to 83 during the week of Nov 24 from 114 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $110,000, a change of 10.0%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions increased to 22 last week, from 21 the week of Nov 17
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions increased to 13 from 10 the week prior
• Condo inventory increased by 19, and now sits at 2,574
