Single-family existing homes

• Sales of single-family homes increased to 415 during the week of Mar 23, from 323 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes decreased to $177,500, a change of -6.1%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 88 last week, from 60 the week of Mar 16
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 41 from 23 the week prior
• Single-family inventory increased by 44, and now sits at 10,128

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to 115 during the week of Mar 23 from 106 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $117,000, a change of 13.0%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions increased to 26 last week, from 24 the week of Mar 16
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions increased to 9 from 5 the week prior
• Condo inventory increased by 11, and now sits at 2,845
