Habitat For Humanity of Seminole County FL begins its first multi-family project on
Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 9am at 372 Coral Beach Drive, Casselberry FL

Located off Seminola Blvd in Cassleberry FL, the townhome community of Antigua Bay was left unfinished in 2008. Of the planned 36 units, only 24 were completed, leaving a neighborhood of broken promises.
This year, Habitat for Humanity of Seminole-Apopka will begin work to complete that neighborhood and provide homeownership opportunities for working families, while keeping the construction style intact. Work of the first cluster of six units will begin in March with completion planned by October.
Leveraging both public and private funds, the project is expected to have an economic impact in our community of over $3.2 million.
Current funding is being provided by:

US Department of Housing and Urban Development
The Barbara Bole Trust
Finfrock
Sonny's BBQ
Golden Corral
St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church
Annunciation Catholic Church
