Single-family existing homes

• Sales of single-family homes increased to 343 during the week of Jun 10, from 268 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes increased to $142,100, a change of 2.2%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions increased to 65 last week, from 47 the week of Jun 3
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 78 from 76 the week prior
• Single-family inventory increased by 13, and now sits at 8,642

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to 112 during the week of Jun 10, from 85 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $79,900, a change of 11.7%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions decreased to 24 last week, from 26 the week of Jun 3
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions increased to 35 from 19 the week prior
• Condo inventory decreased by 14, and now sits at 2,067
