Single-family existing homes

• Sales of single-family homes increased to 389 during the week of Apr 22, from 326 the week prior
• The median price of single family homes increased to $135,000, a change of 9.3%
• The number of single-family home foreclosure transactions decreased to 81 last week, from 87 the week of Apr 15
• The number of single-family home short-sale transactions increased to 120 from 96 the week prior
• Single-family inventory increased by 69, and now sits at 8,961

Condos, townhomes, and villas

• Sales of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to 127 during the week of Apr 22, from 108 the week prior
• The median price of condos, townhomes, and villas increased to $79,900, a change of 17.1%
• The number of condo, townhome, and villa foreclosure transactions increased to 42 last week, from 26 the week of Apr 15
• The number of condo, townhome and villa short-sale transactions decreased to 27 from 30 the week prior
• Condo inventory decreased by 35, and now sits at 2,080
